About MePeter and Chrissy Murphy

Born and raised in Belmont Massachusetts, I graduated from Belmont  Hill in 1984. Graduated with a BS from the University of Vermont School of Business Administration, with a major in finance in 1988.

I moved to Lake Stevens in 1988 and received my Real Estate License in January 1989.

I have specialized in new construction over the years, working with a number of builders and developers.

I am married to Chrissy Murphy, she is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and is my partner. 

I have three daughters, Chole (13) Mikala (18) Gillian Grace (born Friday 12 February 2010) and a step son Christian (13). I am blessed with such a great family.

Both Chrissy and I enjoy selling real-estate and have helped many families buy or, sell their homes.

I pride myself as someone who will patiently listen to the concerns of all my clients and help them to get the best possible deal when it comes to buying or selling their properties.
